IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Ensure that the cable clamps fit tightly and properly on to the termnal, do not hammer down clamps on to terminals.

Terminal Corrosion, dirt and moisture cause loss of power and make the battery must be kept clean and dry. Petroleum jelly or Vaseline should be applied to cable clamps and terminals. Never apply grease.

The cells lose water during use and excessive loss can damage the plates. Always make sure the electrolyte level is above the seperator. Top up only with distilled water. Never add acid.

Splashing of electrolyte could cause current leakage. keep the ventplug tightly closed.

A faulty electrical system will immediately damege the battery. Make sure that the battery is of the right capacity.
This Battery generates Hydrogen gas. Keep Sparks,flames cigarates away.
Charge Battery only at well ventilated places. Avoid shorts or sparks.
Battery filled with acid. Do not spill.
Read important safeguards of battery before fitting/ checking the battery.
 
To ensure that used batteries are not disposed of in any manner other than depositing with the dealer,
and avail appropriate discount for the scrap batteries.
